Lucky Fresh manufactures and sells the following food and agricultural products: Chakki Atta (Whole Wheat Flour), Maida (Refined Flour), Rawa (Coarse Semolina), Suji (Fine Semolina), and Cattle Feed & Supplement.

All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable FSSAI standards, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and other relevant Indian regulations. Products are for human and animal consumption as specified on packaging.

4. Orders and Pricing

This website is an informational/enquiry platform. Product orders are confirmed through direct communication with our sales team. All payments should be made to the bank account details provided on the official invoice issued by Lucky Fresh – Bagulya Roller Flour Mill. The Company is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

We guarantee that all Lucky Fresh products are manufactured in compliance with FSSAI standards and are free from adulterants and foreign matter at the time of dispatch. Products are packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging with clearly marked manufacturing date, best-before date, and batch number.

Our quality guarantee covers:

• Products are fit for consumption as described on the packaging
• Products meet the declared specifications for protein content, moisture, and granule size
• Products are free from artificial preservatives and bleaching agents

In case of a genuine quality complaint, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence and batch number details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted in the following circumstances only:

• Products delivered are damaged or tampered in transit
• Wrong product delivered (different product than ordered)
• Genuine quality defect verified by our quality team within 7 days of delivery

Returns must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in original, sealed condition (except for quality verification). Opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is established. Transportation costs for approved returns will be borne by the Company.

• Use the Lucky Fresh brand name and logo only in relation to genuine products purchased from us

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Lucky Fresh – Bagulya Roller Flour Mill shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through direct communication before any legal action.
